About Us.
Allegheny Realty Settlement (ARS) was established in 2002 and became an affiliate of Shafer Law Firm in 2015. It is now one of the largest real estate settlement companies in northwest Pennsylvania with eight dedicated real estate specialists. On average, ARS represents individuals and businesses buying, selling, and refinancing property in over 1,000 closings per year.
Offices are located in Crawford and Erie Counties, but ARS can transact closings throughout Pennsylvania; we frequently handle closings in Crawford, Erie, Forest, Mercer, Venango and Warren counties.
